Event Organizer

If you are an event organizer, you'll want to keep people coming back to your events regularly. Hire us to capture your event to create promotional videos (YouTube and other Social Media) and a bank of footage that can be reused and reedited for your upcoming events. If your event goes over multiple days, your vendors may want promotional content to be featured either before or during the event.

Vendor/Speaker/Celebrity Promo

If you are a vendor, a speaker or even a celebrity guest looking to have a professional promotional video made prior to or during the event, we can help! Every vendor has a story to tell, and clients don't always know how to ask you to tell the story. This promotional video gives you that chance to do it and gives you the opportunity to showcase what you have to offer.

Cosplayer/Model/Artist Promo

Do you want people to see your hard work and artistry? Are you hoping to have a professionally captured video of your talent and ability? You are in luck. This is by FAR the best deal I offer on my entire site. I know the struggle to get noticed, so I have an extremely reduced price for people that would like a personalized video of their work. My way of giving back to the art community :)

Event Organizer

A short, professionally shot and edited video (2 - 3 minutes) is a fantastic way to both promote and acknowledge your event to attract and retain vendors and increase your visitors. Typically these videos are shot at a 16:9 ratio for standard video platforms (YouTube, Vimeo) and can be easily adapted for Social Media (Instagram, TikTok). Additionally, shorter content can also be created to highlight certain specific events.

I typically charge $250 per minute of edited footage, which includes shooting the event, one free round of simple revisions and travel (if the event is local to Lethbridge, within 20 km).
After the first round of revisions, each additional revision is billed at $25 per revision if the change is simple.
I charge $50 per minute to convert a video from one aspect ratio to the other (i.e. 16:9 YouTube style to 9:16 Instagram Reel format)

In addition, an event organizer may choose to include as part of a package deal for vendors the opportunity for them to have a professionally shot promo video uploaded through the event social media site, the vendor's own social media or both. This can be an opportunity for the event organizer to earn some of the profits of this promotion. For specific details on how this would work and how to market this prior to your next event, please contact us to discuss options and ways to price this effectively.

Vendor/Speaker/Celebrity Promo

As a vendor, speaker or even a celebrity, having access to a local videographer to handle creating your promotional content can be a lifesaver. If you are anticipating attending an upcoming event, or if you are attending a multi-day event, we can meet before or on the first day of the event and create a professional 30 - 60 second video that showcases what you are offering. You can choose if you'd like to be interviewed or not, but I highly recommend it :) The video will then be edited that evening and will be available to upload to your social media platform (or potentially to the platform available to the event) before midnight of the same day! These videos are typically shot at the 9:16 ratio for social media, but can be shot in the standard format if needed.

Total charge is $140. Includes everything - shooting, editing, one round of simple revisions and distribution. Travel beyond 20 km from Lethbridge is billed at $0.75 per km.

Cosplayer/Model/Artist Promo

I know how hard it can be to get noticed, especially when it seems like the cost of having a professional come and capture your artwork or talent is out of reach. Having been there myself, I have created this category for the struggling amateur looking to get noticed, and is by far the most ridiculously cheap price I offer on my site. I'll create a short, 30 to 60 second video that highlights your costume(s), modelling or artwork.

You can choose if you'd like to be interviewed or not, but I highly recommend it :) The video will be edited within a week after the event, and can be exported in your choice of aspect ratio (16:9 for YouTube or 9:16 for social media).

NOTE: This deal is only available to people attending the events. I would love to make professional videos for every person that is struggling, but I know I'd lose money all over the place, so arrange to meet me at an event and I'll make it worth your time :). If you'd like a more personal video that is longer, features different locations or is more customized, my flat rate is $250 per minute.
