Intro to Digital Photography - November

Service Description

In this 4 class course we’ll teach you the fundamentals of capturing stunning shots with both smart phone cameras and DSLR/mirrorless cameras. We'll cover camera types (phones vs. cameras), camera settings, composition, and post-processing techniques to help you take your photography to the next level. It is recommended that you have either a smartphone, a point-and-shoot camera that allows you to adjust settings, or ideally a mirrorless/DSLR camera. The course is broken into four classes: Class 1: Phones vs. Digital Cameras - Camera types and what to use to get great photographs. Class 2: Camera settings - How to shoot in manual (shutter speed, aperture, ISO) Class 3: Basics of Composition (and why this class is the most important one!) Class 4: Crash Course in Photo Editing (Adobe Lightroom & Photoshop)
